- Add existing Exchange enabled users to Blackberry Enterprise Server
- Set activation password with expiration time
- Set random activation password with default expiration time
- Remove Blackberry users from Blackberry Enterprise Server
- Show statistics for individual Blackberry user
- Delete data from the BlackBerry device memory and make the BlackBerry device unavailable
