Feodor is the leader of DotNetPanel team performing high-level coordination of all company activities and generating new business ideas. In 2003 he left EPAM Systems to join promising Windows shared hosting start-up focused on ASP.NET developers. While working at EPAM Systems Feodor held key positions of coordinator and technical architect on business-critical projects for London Stock Exchange and LasVegas.com.
In 2005 Feodor realized the lack of strong hosting management solution for Windows platform and decided to build the brand-new system with completely different design. Along with Pavel Tsurbelev and Sergey Kratovich he founded DotNetPanel Software and very quickly DotNetPanel became extremely popular among small- and mid-size hosting businesses.
Feodor holds B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio electronics (BSUIR).
