If Customer is not satisfied with DotNetPanel products, DotNetPanel will refund the amount paid for DotNetPanel licenses (lifetime or monthly) within 30 days after initial purchase.
Support tickets and other support or installation related fees are non-refundable.
DotNetPanel is an authorized reseller of SmarterTools products. To all SmarterTools products purchased from www.dotnetpanel.com, SmarterTools Inc. refund policy applies.
